As you can surmise, this is a small company, which lends a more intimate quality to my work, and my clients' sites. There are no time-saving templates here. Customized websites inspire your customers. I love it when people tell me about the dreams and visions they have for a web page and how they want the site to represent them. It is never the same for any two people. I think a web site should be wholly unique. I also know it has to work for the intended purpose. E-commerce sites need to sell products. Your marketing ideas are always in the forefront of the design. This is our chance to express ourselves in a way that we might not be able to in real life. After all, this is all virtual, right? Or is it?
I think of my business as an offer of service to help other folks realize their graphic vision and mission. My personality is represented by my artwork and my writing...in part; and the same can be true for anyone when building a site. I'm very conventional when I write. Not as much when I create graphics. What about me? I spent 20 years in the field of horticulture in various design and technical capacities. I had a bit of an epiphany as I was reaching the peak of my career. I decided to take my knowledge and artistic abilities to the desktop.
